I've had a few salads with feta so far and I find that its salty-tart-strong flavor means that I generally use less cheese than I might with cheddar or even blue cheese. A little bit goes a long way! So not only is is lower in fat and calories, I am using less of it. So far I have only being using the original flavor but I am excited to try some of the other flavors. The black pepper one looks great!
